Army Chaplain Resigns Over US Drone Policy to “Kill anyone, anywhere on earth, at any time, for secret reasons, based on secret evidence, in a secret process, undertaken by unidentified officials”

We need more service men and women with this degree of courage and accountability.

The Executive Branch continues to claim the right to kill anyone, anywhere on earth, at any time, for secret reasons, based on secret evidence, in a secret process, undertaken by unidentified officials. I refuse to support this policy of unaccountable killing.

I had dinner last night with someone who works as a professional psychologist who posed this question:

How can one call him or herself a Christian and not follow the basic tenet of Though Shall Not Kill?

Thank you Reverend Chris Antal for your integrity, courage and true service to a higher calling than one calling to kill without explanation or transparency.
